At Lazy T Custom Tags, every item is made uniquely for you, and we want you to love them. Because all products are custom‑designed and engraved to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been approved.

Proof Approval

Before any item is engraved or produced, a digital proof will be sent to you via email or text. Production begins only after you approve the proof, ensuring accuracy in spelling, numbers, layout, and design. Please review your proof carefully, as your approval confirms that all details are correct.

Our Guarantee

If we make an error that does not match your approved proof — such as engraving mistakes, incorrect layout, or wrong tag color/size — we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Customer Responsibility

Because each item is custom‑made, we cannot replace or refund orders due to:

• Typos or incorrect information submitted by the customer

• Changes of mind after proof approval

• Normal wear and tear from livestock use

Your satisfaction matters. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. Include your order number and a photo of the product so we can help quickly.
