Shipping Policy

At Lazy T Custom Tags, every order is custom‑designed and engraved after you approve your proof. Because of this, shipping timelines include both production time and carrier transit time.

Processing Time

• A digital proof will be sent to you via email or text.

• Production begins only after you approve the proof.

• Typical production time is 7–14 business days after approval, depending on order volume and complexity.

• Some larger orders may be delayed do to delays from product supplier - we will communicate those issues should they arise so you can make an informed decision about your order before we accept it. 

Shipping Methods

We ship orders through USPS or UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier delivery times vary by location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping information before submitting your order. Lazy T Custom Tags is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
