By placing an order with Lazy T Custom Tags, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Work

All items are custom‑made to your specifications. A digital proof will be provided via email or text, and production will begin only after you approve the proof. Your approval confirms that all spelling, numbers, layouts, and design details are correct.

No Returns or Cancellations

Because each item is custom‑engraved, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a proof has been approved.

Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. We cannot replace or refund items due to typos, incorrect numbers, or design changes requested after proof approval.

Our Responsibility

If we make an error that does not match your approved proof, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Use of Products

Our products are designed for livestock identification and personal accessories. Normal wear and tear from livestock use is expected and not covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Communication

By placing an order, you consent to receiving emails or text messages related to proofs, order updates, and customer service communication.
